Thanksgiving Day OOTD!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I'm absolutely stuffed from all the delicious food I devoured.. *pats belly pooch*.

I did get to spend this day with my family, and my friend! We went to a T-Day Party where we watched football, played games, and ate plenty of food (in case I didn't make my point earlier). I took some pictures on my phone so I can do an OOTD blog post. I'm going to try my hardest to continue to do fashion posts so please keep supporting!

Thanksgiving 2013 Outfit Ideas!

Thanksgiving Day Outfit Ideas!

So if you're anything like me you can never choose an outfit without going through your whole entire closet. So for all you indecisive fashion lovers out there here are 3 simple outfits ideas for your turkey day festivities!

Outfit 1

This outfit was moderately dressy with it being a cream lace dress. However I toned it down by throwing this denim shirt on top and removing the cream belt it came with. I know some Thanksgiving Day dinners can be slightly more formal. In those cases I would wear something like this; classy but not overdone.

Outfit 2

This outfit is a little more dark but soooo comfy! It is a little risqué with wearing a cropped top while planing on eating a lot but fear not, you can always pull the high waisted pants up higher or button the cardigans!

Outfit 3

I love this sweater so much! It's so warm, and comfortable. Plus it's oversized so who wouldn't love this? I put this outfit together for those of us who live in a little bit of warmer areas. This is probably what I would wear at my own house, or a friends house. My shoes i'm wearing have to be in my top 5 favorite shoes and I think they compliment the sweater perfectly.

Pinkicon Magic Magic Circus Green Circle Lens

Recently I received a new pair of circle lenses to review from Pinkicon.com! The pair I received are called "Circus Green" under the Magic Magic line. What I like about these particular pair of lenses is that they just feel really comfortable. With any pair of lenses my eyes would dry out after about 2 hours. These seem to really retain moisture well and don't shift around. They're smaller in diameter size so they look more natural like my Geo Angel Brown pair of lenses.
My natural eye color is extremely dark brown which doesn't make the green stand out so much. I don't think it's obvious that I'm wearing green lenses unless you are up close.
Warm lighting.

Natural light.

They kind of give my eyes a glossy marbleized look. I feel like I belong in a movie, staring wide eyed, with tears about to fall, and the moonlight just hit my face perfectly with these lenses sometimes! LOL
Overall I do like them and will definitely check out the other Circus line lenses available! Check out Pinkicon and get a discount!

BH Cosmetics Liquid Foundation Review!

For the past 3-4 weeks I have been using the new BH Cosmetics Liquid Foundation. I have two shades  (BH liquid foundation D3- Deep Cocoa, BH liquid foundation D7- Deep Ebony). D7 and D8 are the two newest colors for deeper complexions. I know it's weird that I jumped from D3 to D7 but I seriously wasn't sure which to get. Based off of reviews I had seen many women were using D3 who seemed to be around the same skin tone as me. I had ordered D3 but after calling BH Cosmetics they were RIDICULOUSLY kind enough to send me the second shade!

I'm still not 100 percent if I am a cool or warm tone person but I'd like to think that I'm somewhere in the middle. That being said, both foundations appeared okay..not a 100% match from the jump. D3 (Cocoa) seems light against my skin but after blending it in, you can't really notice the difference anymore. D7 (Espresso) however was just noticeably darker on my skin which surprised me because picture wise it looked like the ideal match. So after deciding that I just can't wear D7 I stuck to wearing D3.

*NOW TO THE GOOD STUFF*

The first thing off the bat that i noticed was that there is a SCENT..no SMELL to this foundation. It has to be the most scented foundation I have ever smelled. It smells like the perfume counter of estee lauder at Macy's to be honest. Wether that's bad or good is up to you. The foundation had a light constancy, almost too watery in my opinion. Each time I apply this foundation I use a stippling brush also from BH  Cosmetics. Normally 1-2 pumps are all I use for a foundation (usually just one on each side) but because this foundation is so light I find myself using 3-4 pumps. After applying I don't notice a difference from when I didn't have foundation on to when I do. I would say it's a really light coverage, like super light. Even when I go back in with a second layer it doesn't seem to build. IN MY OPINION it's more of a tinted moisturizer to me. My skin is extremely oily and it's always 90+ degrees here so I'm easily to become shiny. This foundation doesn't do anything for me in that department. I just become oily again within an hour of going outside. I normally use Milk of Magnesia primer but haven't with this foudnation so it could be the lack of the primer and not the actual foundation. For now though I don't think I will continue to use this foundation. When fall comes I will try it again but for now I have to put this back in the stash!

Everything I have said here has been MY OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE! I know there are a lot of positives with this foundation and although I do not have NEGATIVE THINGS TO SAY, this foundation is just not for me at this point in time. Here are some pictures of me with the foundation on at different points for you to look at!

Interning for a Japanese Company!

Well hello boys and girls! It's been a while hasn't it?! 皆さんこんにちわ!久しぶりですね!?

I haven't written  a blog post in a while because things have just been so crazy on my end. I wanted to make a post  about my experience working for a Japanese company as a foreigner. It has only been one month in so I can't speak on the overall experience. However, it has been enough time for me to get a feel of my environment and pump out a blog post!

Due to legal reasons I will not mention the name of the company (gotta protect myself here!) I can tell you somethings though! I work for a Japanese operated company based in Japan, but located in the United States. I work with Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and American employees. English is spoken at the job but Japanese is as well. I do non profit work in both Japanese and English and let me tell you guys, this has got to be the best job I have ever experienced!

Everyone is amazing and I love the work I do. I was a little afraid on how well I could perform my duties here but it has been so far very doable. My whole desire at the end of the day is to promote US-Japanese relations and working in Japan doing so, or the US doing so is what I want!

I will come back and write again once the internship is over but for now I am one happy camper! For those of you trying to work abroad or for a foreign company I want to tell you just GO FOR IT! Apply to as many as you'd like! What's the worse they can do? Tell you no??? Don't be scared to do what you want to do, or what you have to do to make your dreams come true.

Until next time.

So every now and then something comes along that REALLY catches my eye. Sometimes it's fashion, sometimes it's food, sometimes it's a seriously hot boy..but this time it's a show. A web series to be exact! Thanks to the glorious world of Tumblr I have been able to come across some hilarious ass jifs.

Case in freaking point.

There's this amazing web series on YouTube called "The Most Popular Girls in School" and OMG it's amazing! It's so funny and I swear it keeps me laughing every time I re-watch the show. I even had to vlog about it on my youtube channel so that all of my subscribers could go laugh along with me ^^
